The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing public relations efforts, and overseeing the marketing management and sales teams. The role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications
- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research
- Proficiency in Public Relations and Marketing Management
- Strong Sales skills and experience in leading sales teams
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
Compensation
Teos is a pre-seed startup, so this position will initially be compensated in equity in the company, real-world experience, as well as the opportunity to get involved on the ground floor of a new, but established, startup. When seed money becomes available, a salary, department budget, and bonuses will be established for this role.
