Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
- A proactive attitude and creative mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help create marketing materials (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, presentations)
- Support email campaign planning and execution
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and branding

Compensation
Teos is a pre-seed startup, so this position will initially be compensated in real-world experience, as well as the opportunity to get involved on the ground floor of a new, but established, startup. When seed money becomes available, a salary, department budget, and bonuses will be established for this role.
